What's This?
On this page I will place all the oddities that myself and others cannot identify in the hope that someone somewhere will be able to tell me something about it.
If you can help with the identification of anything placed here please contact Rob Daniels

What's This?
This photo of a C Type Jaguar looking Ford Ten based space framed special was sent in by a reader in New Zealand. Help with the identity of the bodyshell would be very much appreciated. Please email me if you know anything. Rob

What's This?

I have had an Austin Seven Special for the last few years and have been trying to find out a little of the history. The last owner bought it from a garage forecourt in 1970. It appears to have been professionally built but has no marks or plates to provide any clue. It came with 750 motor club stickers on it but I do not think that it has been used for racing due to the mild state of tune of the engine. I believe that the chassis is A 7 Ruby but it has been modified with a Big Seven front axle, hydraulic shock absorbers and brakes and smaller diameter wheels.
It seems to be similar to a Cambridge but it does not incorporate the original A7 radiator cowl.
Have you any idea what it is ?

What's This?

This is a pre-war split-beam IFS unit belonging to myself. It has the narrow spring of the Model Y Ford and as can be seen a very nice center casting.
